Ms Fu Hiu-yan (left) and Mr Tommy Tang (right) received Mainland Alumni Community Service Scholarships for their distinguished academic achievements and service to the University and local community in promoting social inclusion through cultural exchange, assisting ethnic minorities, and promoting peace.

The Covid-19 pandemic did nothing to diminish the passion of alumnus Mr Iu Ting-kwok, MH (left), Founder of the Mr Iu Ting Kwok Prize for LLB and PCLL Students, for supporting his award recipients. On 28 February 2020, Mr Iu met with award recipient Mr Byron Chow for a one-to-one discussion and to share his knowledge and experience in the legal field as a solicitor and accredited mediator.

Keep CityU moving ahead

The HKSAR Government’s matching grant schemes offer a great way for alumni to make donations to CityU and achieve even greater impact on University resources and future development. Alumni donating HK$50,000 or HK$200,000 will be acknowledged with a Named or Honorary Chair respectively in Wong Cheung Lo Hui Yuet Hall on campus.
