CityU encourages students to pursue academic knowledge in the spirit of the “Six Arts” of Classical China by actively immersing themselves in athletic, musical, and intellectual activities. Its Student Athletes Admissions Scheme enables around 1,200 elite local and non-local athletes to fulfill their dreams and shine in sports competitions while simultaneously pursuing their studies. Read More>>

 

CityU continues to make breakthroughs by releasing the English version of the University Anthem Beyond Boundaries. Along with showcasing some CityU features, the lyrics serve as encouragement for students to advance beyond boundaries, including academic research, sports development and their future careers. The profound lyrics, written by President Way Kuo, encapsulate the philosophy of knowledge seeking and emphasise the principles upheld by scholars. Read More>>

 

After graduating from the BSc (Hons) Computer Studies, Mr Steven Yeung(楊嘉強)and several like-minded CityU alumni established a start-up company "CityTone" to provide cloud computing, green technology and scientific research solutions. His recent AI robotic project has been adopted in the Science Park restaurant and local university. Read More>>

Organised by the Department of Chinese and History, the “City Literary Awards 2022” is now open for entries until 31 March 2022 to enhance creative writing standard of the younger generation in Hong Kong. Four talks will be held via zoom in January 2022 to introduce participants the different genres of creative writing. More Details>>

Alumni may login to AIMS via a new authentication system. The new authentication system contains additional security features to protect your CityU Electronic ID (EID) and facilitates single-sign-on to various CityU applications. Learn More>>
