29 CityU scholars were named Highly Cited Researchers for 2022, placing CityU 50th worldwide in this citation ranking. All of them have published multiple highly cited papers in their fields and rank in the top 1% by citations. By faculty size, CityU's percentage of the world’s most Highly Cited Researchers puts it first in Hong Kong and Asia. Read More>>

The contributions that President Way Kuo has made over the last 15 years were fully applauded by the Chairman and all members of the Council at a meeting on 23 March. Earlier at the Senate meeting on 21 March, President Kuo also received a two-minute standing ovation from all attending members of the Senate after giving his final presentation on City’s accomplishments over the past 10 years or so. PhD Media and Communication graduate Professor Zhijin Zhong (鍾智錦) is the Dean of the School of Journalism and Communications at Sun Yat-sen University. Inspired by her mentors at CityU, she devotes herself to teaching and academic research, upholding her mission of nurturing talents for future generations. MGTAA will discuss the key elements that help you advance your career development and explore your career from management angles. The exhibition period of “Amber: Baltic Gold” at Indra and Harry Banga Gallery at CityU has been extended to 31 May.
