Further to the announcement made on 9 June 2021, please be informed that starting from 6:30pm of 16 August 2021, you may login to the Student/Alumni M365 (@my.cityu.edu.hk) email system via the following ways:
 

1. Login from University Email Services

Click the “M365 Sign-in Page” button from the University Email Services page (https://email.cityu.edu.hk/home/weblogon_o365_student.htm) or https://mail.office365.com/my.cityu.edu.hk, and type in your primary email address (EID-c@my.cityu.edu.hk).  You will then be redirected to the new login page (blue sky).  Enter your EID and password (which is the same as your existing AIMS password), and you will be able to access your mailbox.

2. Login from Outlook application

You will see this login screen when you connect your mailbox via Outlook.  Enter your EID and password to gain access directly.

 

The URL of the new authentication system will begin with https://auth.cityu.edu.hk/.
