Registration

1. Participants will receive confirmation email upon successful registration. Participants should ensure that all personal data provided is accurate.
2. The data you provided will be updated in the University's alumni data system for developing alumni relations and will be kept confidential. It would take effect in around two weeks' time. 
3. Before entering information of your guests, please make sure that they have read the Personal Information Collection Statement.
4. ARO reserves the right to accept and decline any registration.
5. ARO may change, postpone or cancel the programme(s) without prior notification to participants. Participants are advised to check the website for the latest arrangement.
6. All particulars and arrangements of the programme(s) shall be determined by ARO at its absolute discretion.
7. Contents of programmes organised by supporting units are responsible by individual units.
8. ARO reserves all rights to amend and/or interpret any of the above notes without prior notice.
