The University proudly presents CityUHK Ice Cream, made with fresh milk produced at our dairy farm in Lam Tsuen, Tai Po. The ice cream is now available at the Milk Product Counter on campus with a selection of six flavours. The Ice Cream is a by-product of the University Farm, which is a training centre for students in our Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine programme. Click Here>>

The University showcased its dedication to the local community by participating in the Lam Tsuen Well-Wishing Night Market from 7 to 13 February, which took place in the same locality as CityUHK Farm. MPhil Creative Media alumnus Gaybird Leung (梁基爵) is a prominent figure in composition and media arts. With decades of experience, he further expanded his expertise through the MPhil programme, exploring diverse creative possibilities in visual and media arts. The University’s Cultural Exchange Oasis presents the Blossoms of Spring: Central Asian Cultural Festival in March. A highlight of the Festival includes the spectacular titled “Connecting to the World Performance: Central Asian Music and Dance Gala Show” on 15 March. All alumni are welcome to join.
