「草書藝術證書課程」採用創新教學法

周明春(工商管理碩士2003)

現任「深圳興天下科技有限公司」董事長的周明春，於城大修畢工商管理碩士課程後，事業不斷發展，現已在深圳高新技術園區擁有自己的網絡通訊公司，並且在美國上市。

他的創業之路始於南京，一路南下到深圳。創立「興天下」是他的第三次創業。時至今日，企業發展越趨蓬勃。明春為了成就理想，從來不怕失敗。「若是一個人有夢想，失敗的經歷將會成為動力以及樂趣。」他正是奉著這樣的理念一路走來。「即使失敗，也要拼盡全力；唯有如此，才能老來無悔！」這句話已成為他的個人信條。

回憶起城大的學習，周明春感到受益匪淺。他形容城大的工商管理碩士課程將理論和實踐結合。在老師的引導下，周明春逐漸接觸國際管理方法。他盛讚城大的老師：「教授都擁有企業經驗，並且都是社會精英。」入學城大之前，周明春已有一些實際管理經歷，而老師所講恰恰切中肯綮，讓他開拓視野，深受啟迪。

周明春十分懷念城大生活：「在城大工作學習，是一件幸福的事情。儘管這麼多年過去了，每每想起精彩片段，就如電影一樣閃現眼前。」他猶記得MBA課程中的一些要求極高的訓練。在教授的帶領下，小組分別籌備不同的課題。明春連續多天和組員寢食難安，為課題拼盡全力。雖然辛苦，但整個課程結束後，把所有的課題結合，便成為一個大項目。看到自己的成果，並和同伴們分享收穫，著實為一件樂事！

周明春從不忘母校。深圳的校友網絡就是由他及其他熱心校友努力鞏固。昔日同窗在聚會上常常交流溝通，分享專業領域的知識。明春在此也分享了他的管理哲學：首先要和同事訂立大家認可的事業目標，在目標達成後大家同分享。即使在通往目標的路上會有諸多困難，也不畏懼。用學習的心去克服，最終困難都會迎刃而解。

周明春祝願城大越來越好，也希望每個人都能抓住一個夢，為了理想不怕失敗！

12 December – Homecoming Gala tops pops with IT buzz
