More than 2,000 university members including alumni, students and staff joined the annual “CityU Banquet” organised by the Students’ Union on 29 October.  Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Students’ Union, the “Carnival to Support Environmental Protection” managed to reduce food waste by 400 kilograms after 107 of the 180 tables volunteered to reduce the number of courses served.

VIP guests included University Pro-Chancellor Dr Norman Leung Nai-pang, Council Chairman The Hon Leung Chun-ying, University President Professor Way Kuo, and Convocation Chairman Ms Karmen Chan Ka-man. Read the University report here.
