About 80 campaign supporters including sponsors, alumni, students and staff gathered together for “We Love CityU” Caring Card Campaign Celebration Reception on 29 March 2011. Ms Ada Leung, Associate Vice President (Development) expressed sincere thanks to the campaign sponsors for their generous support to CityU and appreciated the enthusiastic support from over 110 Student and Staff Caring Ambassadors for their active participation in promoting the campaign. As a result of vigorous promotional efforts, over 2,000 CityU members subscribed the cards and over HK$2.54 million was generated for the University and student development programmes.
