Council Chairman Mr Herman Hu held a fruitful meeting with veteran alumni leaders in Beijing on 15 March. The occasion prompted enthusiastic discussion on various University developments including the proposed School of Veterinary Medicine, legal programmes for Chinese judges, and endeavours to further promote the University on the Mainland. Alumni were delighted to learn about the University updates while exchanging their insights. The University has been making proactive efforts to strengthen the Mainland alumni network and this latest get-together helped further enhance the cohesiveness of alumni leaders.
