Some 200 guests including the University Pro-Chancellor, Council Chairman, President, senior management, alumni, business leaders and friends of CityU witnessed the inauguration of the second Executive Committee of the CityU Eminence Society on 1 March. Led by the new Chairman of the Society, Mr Simon Hui Hing-tak, members of the Executive Committee took an oath of allegiance to the Society that they would serve their alma mater and the community at large with sincerity, integrity and commitment. Addressing assembled guests, Founding Chairman Dr Peter Ho Ka-nam expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the support of the first executive committee members and the Society’s members who had contributed to the success of the Society.
