Every year, a team of passionate and cheerful students helps the University reconnect with alumni by taking part in the Telephone Affinity Campaign. Year-3 student Freeman Mak says his time spent making the calls is a fruitful and joyful one. “I have joined different activities in CityU but nothing impresses me as much as chatting with alumni! Their enthusiastic and caring support really warms my heart,” said Freeman. “The alumni I contacted were so nice and they shared their working experience and provided me with valuable career advice. I am thankful for our fellow alumni’s care to students and their alma mater.”

Freeman participates actively in University activities, including CityU Delegation in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2014.
